Informatie over filmmateriaal
Nijmegen Blijft in Beeld draagt het filmmateriaal over aan het Regionaal Archief Nijmegen. Hier bevindt zich ook de fotocollectie van de stad, kaarten, plattegronden, gebeurtenissen, enzovoort.
Omdat het Regionaal Archief Nijmegen als eigenaar ook het filmmateriaal beheert, verzoeken wij u met vragen over de collectie (zoals: zijn er filmbeelden van de oude veerpont? of ... zijn er films van schoenfabriek Swift?) contact op te nemen met de medewerkers van Het Archief: hetarchief@nijmegen.nl

Nijmegen Blijft in Beeld is a foundation that collects, restores and
shows 16 and 8 mm films about the city of Nijmegen and it’s surroundings. Our foundation has control over a unique collection of motion pictures, spanning a time frame of more than a century: the Roman Catholic past of our city, as well as films about the terrors of the Second World War, the largest marching event in the world (The Four Day’s marches) and the history of Nijmegen industry.
We are still trying to expand our collection of films, and maybe you or your (grand)parents still have unused films in your attic... Please help us keep our recent past alive, and donate your films to our foundation. We will take good care of them!
